Payment Methods

Empowering Light Counseling, LLC accepts payment for services on a self-pay basis only.

Payment for services can be made in forms of cash, check, and credit card payments via mail or secure platform.

Clients are offered a prompt pay discount for payments made directly after service is rendered.

Cancelation Policy
Changing or canceling appointments require 24 hours of advance notice. Lack of advanced notice will result in a charge to you of $50. These appointments cannot be billed to an insurance company and thus are the client’s responsibility to pay. Your fee may be waved if your appointment can be rescheduled to an open slot within the same week.
